Sony Executive to Keynote at 4th Annual Film Finance Forum West
Last year, the Los Angeles forum hosted over 250 equity and debt financiers, investment advisers, filmmakers, studio executives, finance and sales agents, attorneys, accountants, insurance and completion bond providers, film commissioners, and new entrants to film financing. At this year's event, a section dedicated to digital innovation and distribution will be added to explore ways in which investors in the film business can generate returns through the latest developments in electronic delivery.

No one knows how VOD and emerging platforms will replace the drop-off in DVD revenue and piracy has grown in formerly strong marketplaces like Italy, Mexico and Spain.
